Today just wrote a stupid complain letter to Singtel. I doubt got any use but they just have to know your way of managing your call centre sucks?
"I'm complaining on behalf to check on a $450 deposit status, but called on 2 days, both days before 6pm to billing, it just hang up, saying experiencing high q call, please call back again. Suggestion: at least allow us to leave a number and make sure you guys will call back within at least 3 working days?
Thus, i was forced to call by the general line. i called mandarin waited for 15min, i call English waited for 45min. By time i reach some1, billing is close for the day and can only wait for them to call me back as the cco check, cheque was approved but didn't know when and how it will be sent to us. Isn't that ridiculous? I don't blame the cco but since it was approved already, why didn't billing call us back? and leaving us waiting like idiot, wasting time to call a hotline that is so hard to get through?"
